APELSO 2026 will be on-site conference.  No live nor video streaming would be available.
All the participants are required to register online.

Registration fees

*Registration fee includes: The admission to participate in all the programs except the optional programs (see below) and to join the get-together.

*LIMCs include:  Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Mongolia

*Group discount:  Special 20 % discount applies to groups of 10 or more people from the LIMC.  This discount is applicable only if applied at the same time and cannot be added later.  For application to the group discount, please contact our Secretariat at registration@apelso2026.jp.  Online registration and credit card remittance cannot be available for the group discount.

*Accompanying persons can participate in the Conference including the get-together.  The preschool children can register for free.  Only family members or similar family members can register as the accompanying persons.  Active participants cannot register as the accompanying persons.

- Accompanying persons cannot participate in the hands-on seminars as active participants, however, they can just enter and watch.

- Accompanying persons can join the evening reception by paying the charge.  The preschool children can join for free.

*Scientific program booklet and abstracts can be downloaded via our official website, not available as the printed matter.  Password for abstract viewing will be included in the registration confirmation email message.

Optional programs

Hands-on seminars:  Registration for the hands-on seminars will start on April 1, 2026.  Each seminar has the limit of capacity on a first-come, first-served basis.

Evening reception:  Evening reception will be held at the Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo.  Transportation services from the Conference venue and to the Prince Park Tower Tokyo, InterContinental Tokyo Bay and Hamamatsu-cho station will be available.

*The registration deadline is May 15, 2026.  The maximum number of participants is 150, and registration will close on a first-come, first-served basis.

How to register

①Please click “REGISTER Now” and fill out the form.

②Please pay the registration fee(s) by credit card.

③Registration confirmation email message which includes the log-in information to your Registration MyPage and password for abstract viewing will be received.  Please be sure to check the message delivered and keep it till the Conference finish.

*In case no delivery, please check your junk folder and contact the Conference Secretariat to confirm if your registration completed.

④In your Registration MyPage (valid till September 15, 2026), you can:

-1  check and change your personal data.

-2  change your log-in password for your Registration MyPage.

-3  issue the receipt of your registration fee(s).
*Available till September 15, 2026 (JST)

-4  book the hands-on seminars and evening reception.

-5  get your name tag.
*It will be displayed a week before the Conference.

-6  issue the Certificate of Participation.
*Available only from June 11, 2026 till September 15, 2026 (JST)
*Accompanying persons cannot receive the Certificate of Participation.

*Registration cannot be cancelled.  Remitted fee(s) cannot be refunded for any reason.

How to participate

All the registrants including the accompanying persons’ name tag will be displayed in the Registration MyPage a week before the Conference.  Please print it out and bring it to the Conference.  Name tag holders will be prepared on site.  All the registrants including the accompanying persons are requested to wear their name tags at the Conference.
